As the Director of Training and Veteran Affairs at EQuiTIXS, William plays a pivotal role in shaping safe, respectful, and thriving campus environments for university partners. He oversees the comprehensive training programs that are crucial for implementing policies against discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, and retaliation. As a veteran, he also provides leadership in educating university communities about issues that directly support veterans. Alex is well-versed in the arena of Title IX compliance. Alex has worked with several post-secondary institutions to design, create and implement a consciously compliant Title IX response structure while focusing on the continuity of care for all involved parties in the complaint adjudication process. Alex has also trained and guided the leadership of post-secondary institutions to make informed decisions concerning how their respective institutions maintain a proactive Title IX response structure.
